If it was only vs 1 opp I would rr Flop and get it in, In this case I opted to just call and hoped to get more calls from 1 of the other players in the hand.

What is the play on the turn, best to jam Turn or rr Turn?

As played what do we do on the river now?

Jamming turn does not make sense to me, as you picked up showdown value. Do you have any reads on your opponent? If not, seems like the best default play is to fold the river.

our A is no showdown value after this action.
CO has at least T8s but way more likely he hit a set.

we get 2,6:1 odds so we need around 28% equity.

Board: Th 3h 8d Ad
Dead:

equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 21.488% 21.49% 00.00% 104 0.00 { Ah9h }
Hand 1: 78.512% 78.51% 00.00% 380 0.00 { TT, 88, 33, T8s }

no direct odds for a call.
but if he is not just c/folding his sets if the flush hits, we have the implied odds to call.
we just can't talk ourselves into a call on a 9 or A or 8h, if we can't fold on those it might still be -EV to call the turn.
