Player is recreational but not spewy but somehow I don't want to believe he has Jx there so I just called and then he makes a weird river bet which smells like value bet so by now we should probably be folding.

But the question is, do you fold to the min-raise?

I'm still fairly new to FR and play very ABC, so keep that in mind.

His raising range on the turn is very small imo. Unless we know he's calling flop and raising turn with combo/flush/oes draws (and if he does raise those type of hands, it'd be really weird to do it on this particular turn card), then you can probably fold turn while OOP.
