should have taken a note that he paid off a sizable bet on a 4 flush board with T high... can stick him in the future Smile

Am I the only one having trouble with the video starting at the 16 minute mark?

really interesting that this is in your FR UTG range.... I haven't tried it so i don't have the stats on a large sample, but are you +$ w/ all of those hands from every position over a large sample? or are some of them -EV, but get your bigger hands paid off more?

fold 99 on table two to EP raise?

I only had 23 hands on the player so I was unsure if flatting would be +ev since I know nothing about his range or how he plays postflop. I would rather err on the side of folding there honestly. Would flat TT though and like AQs+

Any explanation for why? Seems like a pretty easy fold to 4bet for me. opponent was multitabling as a short stacker playing 16/11. I don't find that short stackers do a lot of 4bet/folding when they get deeper.

Hi, I haven't taken the time to break it down that deeply but I am quite confident that it is profitable for me to raise suited Ax from anywhere. If you were going to add in a hand that you usually fold to your EP/MP range, it seems like a suited ace would be the top choice, you just make the best hand or get a good board to barrel so often, having an Ace blocker makes it less likely you get 3bet, and more likely that everyone folds. also it makes a good hand for 4bet-folding, so I don't really see a downside unless, like I said in the video, you make a weak top pair and get into big trouble a lot.

just a feeling i got from the recent history. i dont really remember atm but i think we just 3b/folded or put in a decent amount of bb's and folded at some point in the hand. i have no idea how 10nlFR players would play though Smile

I thought this was the most interesting hand of the video. I'm curious why villain did not raise the turn. He either loves to bluff catch with his monsters (nut straight with a redraw to the ten high flush), is too scared to raise there because he only has the second or third nuts, or he's just passive in general. Obviously we don't know why he didn't raise, but spots like that make me curious what someone is thinking, and given that he called OTR, I'm thinking he wasn't too afraid of the flush and is either just passive overall (will almost never raise) or he likes to bluff catch with monsters.

It was interesting to see your style. I'm definitely calling the 99 & 55 hands, BUT it depends on how often you expect to get squeezed (in the 55 hand) - which at 10NL is not too often IMO. If I think there's a squeeze happy player behind me, I'll make some other adjustments... perhaps this is something for me to think about when moving up.

I didn't like your any suited ace from any position, LOL, not because I didn't like it, just that I often do this myself (but not always, depends on the table & game dynamics) - and I don't think most have crummy suited aces in their UTG range in general.

What format do you want HH's? I will look to see if I've marked any interesting 10NL hands
