Good video. I think both formats are fine but if I had to choose, for the lower limits anyway, reveiwing a student video is better. Highlighting mistakes that I may be able to relate to will help improve my game more than watching you play optimum level poker. The reason being that I think when a watch a vid and someone plays perfect and i think "I play like that anyway" when clearly I don't.
I enjoyed both vids so far and would really like a series that is just microlimit, though clearly there doesn't appear to be a coach who would do that. Would love a common leaks summary too which i think you talked about that's gona be good.

Great feedback, thanks!
I really like this format and would benefit from a student review then you playing that level if you can only do 2 EPs per level.
I'd love to see 4 Ep's per level in Student video review, you play that level, HH review and then you sweat the student or review student vid with improvements.
Please don’t forget about the DC Short you mentioned, looking forward to that.
Stan
loved it!
i definitely like the student sweat more.

Pretty good advice on 3bet sizing depending upon my position and where the original raise came from. Thanks for the tip.

Hello,
I am wondering:
What would be a good raise size for the passive fish on the flop?
Best wishes

Why is check behind such a bad option?
If we bet, we will fold out everything worse and everything better will raise us.
If he has AK/AQ he has 6 outs against us and we do not have to protect so much imo. Why not check behind and bet on a save Turncard like <Q? So we have the chance to get value from his AK/AQ.
Omg tourney announcements tilt me just watching this video, great series so far though, learning lots. I don't mind you calling the players fish and their play retarded. I play these limits and am not offended one bit, because well it is most of the time. Even my play borders on spazzy and bad more than half of the time, which is why I'm here
.
let's say we bet turn close to pot and he jams..... do you just fold?
I think it will be very rare that this happens but when it does I would be advocating a fold.

678 board?
I can't figure out which hand you're referring to but thanks for the best wishes :-)

As I said, I would bet quite small ($1.5-$2) with my entire range here. With TT, when we bet that small it is mostly for protection but also has some value (potentially some worse PPs and definitely some AK call). I explain it pretty clearly in saying that he never 3bets JJ+ and then x/c with it on that board, he'd just cbet. So he almost always has AQ/AK/KQ type hands imo therefore we pretty much have to bet for protection/small value if he is a station.

Glad you're enjoying the vids, thanks a lot for the feedback.
Keep at it and you'll get there :-)
