Im definitely betting the turn for value here. He doesnt fold to 3bets alot, so i think his range can be wide here, especially SB vs BTN. A very crappy spot if he raises, but i think he could have a weaker K, or a hand with a big club in it, so i don't want to give him the option of taking a free card to hit a flush.

Thanks for comments
If you bet for value do you call possible re-raise all-in or can we still fold? We have $300 left on turn. How much you would bet and if club hits on river is rest of the money going in anyway or can we still fold (if opponent just called turnbet)?

what do you think of betting more on the flop (something like 77) and overbet shoving the turn (1,5x the pot)?

Its such a crappy spot honestly. Some people would raise the flop with a flush draw, others are calling down trying to spike. I usually cbet a little smaller in a 3bet pot, giving me room to work with on the turn. I think you have to decide if you're going with the hand or not before you decide your turn bet sizing. And i think the amount we bet decides if we can get away from the hand on the river. Standard play for me would be to stack off without history with how villain plays in 3bet pots.

I think just shipping the turn works best, quite possible he has a hand like Kx with a club or QQ-88 with a club.
We are probably only a flip (at best) against his composite calling range but with the dead money, some FE and the fact that the river could make us puke if we bet smaller leads me to just want to let the opponent deal with a shove and move on.

+1. Bit of a sick spot right enough.

Your SPR is like 4.5. In a 3-bet pot versus a blind thief I am totally committed on this flop regardless of it being monotone. So since I'm committed and the board is monotone I'm going to try to get the money in as quickly as possible. If the SPR were like 3 I would like open-shoving the flop as a default. I still don't mind it here, but I think the best way to play the hand is to pot the flop and shove the turn.

The c/r turn line isn't terrible but I think you should have bet the river after the turn went c/c. The most likely hand given turn action is something that you beat but is happy just getting it to showdown.

I like a shove here. He is gonna raise the flop with 2pair+, and maybe Acx. But his calling range is going to include a lot more hands with pairs that include a club. It's a 3bet pot and you only made 1 Cbet, he can call super wide. I really hate the check raise because I don't think he bets many hands as a bluff, and he is just going to check behind so often. If you do shove, you can still have a hand like AQ/AJ/AT w/ Ac, so I don't think he is only calling better hands if you shove
