villian again is super donk station that loves to play me. he is a 47/13/2.6 over 96 hands. Should I just jam this preflop, I can't believe he just called the 3bet and even worse he sucked out however my question is the preflop play? I know it isn't any big amount of money but is a shove better here than a 3bet, I still had 2 people behind to act however the chances of them having a better hand are remote...

No. You don't want him folding here (especially since neither villain can hurt you much with a lucky flop). If you think he'd call a very high percentage of the time, then it's fine. But if he's going to fold very often at all, then jamming over the min-raiser/limpers is not getting good value out of your monster.

I would say that it wouldn't be a bad idea to three-bet a bit larger (even just to $3.25 or so) just to discourage too much crazy multiway nonsense. But an openjam is only good if you are pretty darn sure you'll get someone to call it off with you.
