Hi,

this is my first post here, but not the last one. :-) i hope my english is good enough that everyone understand it.

Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $4.00 BB (7 handed) - Full-Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

saw flop

SB ($434.30)
BB ($816)
UTG ($520)
MP1 ($896.40)
Hero (MP2) ($845.10)
CO ($290.70)
Button ($366.40)

Preflop: Hero is MP2 with ASpade, AHeart
1 fold, UTG calls $4, MP1 raises to $12, Hero raises to $40, 4 folds, MP1 calls $28

Flop: ($88) JHeart, QDiamond, 4Diamond (2 players)
MP1 checks, Hero bets $50, MP1 raises to $150, Hero ???

Villain (Reg): 22/14/AF 2.6(Turn AF 1.9)/WTS 21 ..... W$@SD 42% / Fold to 3b: 48%

No special History against this opponent

Whats the best line now??

I actually dont want to go broke with just an overpair an so deep.
I think is range is mainly TT+/AK maybe AQ and some small pockets to
set mine.

His Turn AF isnt that high, and i think he didnt bluff much in this spot
and raise for value here.

Is a flop fold to weak in this spot ??

This is a tough spot, and a good board for him to bluff at. Since you're in position, i think i am calling the flop raise and see what he does on the turn. I don't think re-raising is good, as i doubt he's stacking off with a flush draw for 200+bbs. I would expect him to call your 3bet fairly wide trying to hit a big flop and stack you while you two are deep. He's not that aggro, so if he bets the turn big i think i would just fold.

My thoughts exactly. I think we have to fear QQ mostly, and maybe JJ. This is the type of line I'd take with QQ/JJ here.

Thx ... i did it exactly this way and call the flop raise. He checked to me at the turn, and i decided to bet. I think that was a misstake. I should check behind and look what he does at the river.... He c/r the Turn and i have to fold.

Really thought he was bluffing after his turn check.

Yea, i fall for that trap all the time. Checking back is definitely the better option, and evaluating the river.

if you think he was bluffing after his turn action, betting does not make much sense, ducy?

Yes, i agree. Because he would fold all his bluffs and ship it with hands which beat me?! The more I think about it, i guess fold the flop
would be the best option in this spot.
