Villain is 45/19 with an att. to steal of 42%, and he is in the cutoff this hand. He has been stacked multiple times at this table, and not sure if he is prone to tilt etc. I only have 110 hands on him, but in that time his AF is 1. Its definitely not enough hands to determine if he is passive or not, but its definitely something to consider. I saw him raise K3s from UTG, and TJo on the button. Other than that no real info.
BB: $286.10
UTG: $204.50
UTG+1: $206.70
UTG+2: $40
MP1: $430.75
MP2: $178
CO: $202
BTN: $18.80
Hero (SB): $531
Pre-Flop: Td Qh dealt to Hero (SB)
5 folds, CO calls $2, BTN folds, Hero calls $1, BB checks
Flop: ($6) 8h 7h Tc (3 Players)
Hero bets $6, BB folds, CO calls $6
Turn: ($18) Qd (2 Players)
Hero bets $18, CO calls $18
River: ($54) Ks (2 Players)
Hero bets $32, CO raises to $150

I actually just wrote a whole post out saying I would fold but I've changed my mind now. He could be doing this with so many different hands. Missed hearts, missed straight, worse 2pr. Obviously he could have flopped the straight or a set and slowplayed. But if not I think the best he could have is K10 that got lucky. It really depends on my mood and how I'm running for the session for my decision.

I'm a bit lost here, but he sounds like any 2 cards type guy. And it feels like K10/K7/K8 a lot to me here.
I would agree, but he has raised K3s from UTG, and now he is on the button. His steal % is 42, so if pokerstove the top 42% of hands, its all suited kings and non suited kings down to K4. Not that he raises exactly the top 42%, but it gives a general idea. I think this is almost always a fold, but he has stacked off 3 or 4 times, and i have stacked him deep once. His raise is so big, that he should know i need a big hand to call with. This is a limped pot, so me having a big hand is unlikely. I think the only hand i see him having is 96s and he slow played the whole way. I called and he showed 56o, just not sure if it was the right play or not.

I think i raise preflop. You know a guy that plays 45% is going to call you with a lot of worst hands, and you might get it head up. Being oop sucks but he is such a fish that its not that big of a deal. Raised pots, i think, are much easier to play vs anybody, esp. vs a fish. And its easier to get stacks in by river.

Villain raised K3s from UTG. Surely Hero can discount Kx from Villain's open limped CO range.

Seems very bluffy. I think you have to look him up here. Of course, the guy is a complete 'tard, so the concept of reasonable value-betting might be lost on him and he spaz-shoves big hands. In which case, reload and wait for him to do something else stupid.
In short, though, I think you have to look him up here, given how bad and erratic he is.

I agree with raising PF, not sure why i didnt. Didnt really concentrate on what his range could be until the river decision.
