You raise UTG and get 3bet from UTG+2. If this is a decent player, his range is extremely polarized to big hands. With his polarized range plus the fact that effective stacks are 130bbs deep, this is a must call for set value. I love the way that you donk into him, very well played. The only hand to be semi worried about is AKs, but generally people don't raise UTG raisers with AKs. You're never folding the turn. You invested way too much money, and if he does have the flush, you have outs to improve. I like the way you played the whole hand.

I'd check/call the turn.
I mean, what's he calling the flop with? If you lead the turn, he might fold worse hands. And if you think he has the flush, you can flat and evaluate the river hopefully making the boat.
You're also giving him the option to bluff and rep. the flush.

because villain donks the flop close to pot size UTG+2 might get suspicious and flat overpairs.
me personally i would have check raised the flop but i like the donk bet too! but i might make it a little smaller to provocate a raise that committs UTG+2???

I don't like donking out in nearly every situation, this one included. I mean you just have a set here if you give him any more action. Do it twice and he folds his overpairs to you next time.
I would check-R the flop or check-call. You're not afraid of anything and if he has a FD just too infrequently to make it a bad play imo. Also him 3 betting preflop tells us he's got a big hand, and yours looks like 99-QQ with your flat preflop and if you call the flop. So I check-call the flop, check-raise the turn and stack him with his AA/KK/QQ/JJ/AK with FD.
Btw. as played you can never ever ever fold this on the turn

I don't have a problem with anything about the way you played the hand. I would have probably CRAI on the flop. But I do that with a wide range in spots like that. When he shoves the turn I think hes going to show up with AA/KK with a diamond alot of the time. And there is no way you fold.

I like donking out with monsters in 3bet pots, especially when villain has fishy stats. He 3bet our EP raise, so we can pretty much narrow his range to QQ+...usually. Most of the time i expect him to re-raise your donk here, which is the fastest way to get the money in. Maybe this play is better against a more aggro opponent though.
