Ok here is a common spot that happens a and i am not really sure the best way how to extract value. Does it look too strong to just flat call the 3bet or just shove all in and hope thay put you on AK, JJ+.

Poker Stars $1/$2 No Limit Hold'em - 8 players
The Official DeucesCracked.com Hand History Converter

UTG+1: $194.00
MP1: $200.00
MP2: $256.80
CO: $206.10
BTN: $190.00
Hero (SB): $205.05
BB: $197.00
UTG: $578.75

Pre Flop: Hero is SB with A A
3 folds, MP2 raises to $6, CO raises to $24, 1 fold, Hero calls $23, 2 folds

Flop: ($56.00) T 6 3 (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $30, Hero raises to $60, CO calls $30

Turn: ($176.00) 3 (2 players)
Hero bets $40, CO raises to $80, Hero raises to $121.05 all in, CO calls $41.05

River: ($418.10) 2 (2 players - 1 is all in)

I don't really care how the hand played out i am just wondering what the best long term profit is? Oh i and run about 15/13 now. Thanks.

Generally you're better off 3-betting here, especially out of position.

Whether you coldcall it or 3-bet it, they know you have a real hand, so you're better off letting them convince themselves that you have AK. Plus you don't really want to play a multiway pot here if you can avoid it.

My opinion is you should be putting in a small cold 4-bet in these spots so that you can add the cold 4-bet bluff to your arsenal (very effective when used sparingly and when the right situation transpires). Pretty much whatever you do here is going to scream strength, but I believe a small 4-bet can induce someone to overplay a hand like AK here or convince themselves that they can flat call it with position or something. Being out of position post-flop and the possibility of MP1 joining the party kind of work against a flat call here too.

Well said, my thoughts exactly.
