line check - did i miss value?
i bet a little smaller on my CB thinking i might get some action and because he had a shorter stack- but in hindsight if i made it $20 and he raised he might have to call my shove - what do you think?
what do you think of the 4B shove on the flop? too strong? i was thinking he might have 22,33 or maybe a FD that he would call with as his AF was so low(only 1)

I probably wouldn't alter my CB all that much with his stack size on this flop, I'm bluffing generally @ about $18-20 or so, so I'd bet that as my standard CBET as well. Given stack sizes I guess I'd still prefer to re-raise small enough to let him shove some draws even though no matter what you raise, he really shouldn't expect any fold equity. At least if you raise small there's a chance he'll get spazzy, whereas it's much less likely that he'll spazz-call than spazz-shove.
Weird spot IMO.
i'd prob just call the c/r
I like calling the check raise sometimes, but given his aggression factor being low, you'll probably have to work the money into the pot yourself.
I kinda like taking your line against a low aggressive. We won't have a difficult decision on the turn if a 3rd heart comes which may either be bad for us, or kill the action. Like you say he might have a smaller set or A2/A3/Ax as another possibility. Your shove can often say 'flush draw'. I prefer this line in this circumstance. Ha coach (bottomset) is gonna disagree here.
