PS or FT for 200NLH FR?

i just started playing some 200NLH FR on PS during the day(EST) and it seems like a rock garden - i have been able to find better games on FT
what do you 200NLH regulars think - which site is better for 200NLH FR during the day? evenings?

I am a regular on stars 200nl and rarely ever play during the day because the games are very tight. I save most of my play at night.

I haven't played much on Stars at NL200, but NL100 during the day is really tight.
I never really had any good vibes from NL200 at Tilt during the day either, but you do pick up some fish.
Evenings/weekend obviously the best time where recreational players are in abundance.

Yeah, it can be really crap. It's euro fish mostly and they don't compare to US volume.
I'm going to start playing around midnight ET to 5AM et and then maybe midday ET when it seems to pickup but if anyone else has some suggestions for euro players...

Stars = easier from 200nl down, 400-1000nl games run but are v tough imo
FTP = easier 400nl, but not as many tables, and barely any 600 and 1000 runs
