I think I misplayed this hand I think I should 4b this pre because we are OOP and fairly often an A ,K or J flops, but I am reluctant to 4b pre and get it in, I'm a little bit scared to overplay my hand and almost always get called by AA, KK and AK when I 4b pre and get it in.

As played I think villain has AK or AA here a lot even KK, so I need to fold R? I don't think he would shove river with JJ or TT if he even 3bts TT prf, I think the best play would be to DKB into him on the flop and reevalute,

Post your thought processes.

If we have QQ there is a 40% chance for an overcard on the flop.
I'm absolutely no fan of coldcalling 3bets (other than trapping AA if a fish is left to act) and definitely I'm never doing it oop with QQ.
If you think his range is wide enough for 4bet/calling, do it.
If not, just fold.

You mean if his range is wide enough to be good with QQ some of the time 4betting and calling a shove?
Otherwise fold, if his 3b range is to heavily weighted toward KK+ and AK?

if you can profitably 4bet and call a shove, you should do it.
if this is not profitable, don't call but just fold.
