A few things with this hand.

1, should we bet more on the flop?
2, should we bet the turn?(hes not full stacked and can get value from draws worse queens)
3, I think I should have folded to the raise - so if you agree just comment on 1 & 2.

Definitely bet bigger OTF, bet at least 2$. The biggest leak of your opponents at this level is that they call too much. Exploit them by betting big, making their mistakes bigger and costly!

Betting the turn is fine, I think you can even bet 3 to 3,50$ here, you are against a guy that has 100% VPIP so far.....

Folding to the min raise here is really debatable. This guy play 100% of his hands so far. Plus, if he has a Q, he might be happy to have 2 pairs and go all the way with it. Plus, if he has trips, you still have very good odds to call because you still have a flush draw + a possible draw to a boat (a Q or a 7 on the river). The odds you are getting are too good to fold vs a player that has 100% VPIP (can we give him any credit at this point?)

Vs a competent opponent, facing a min raise OTT when flop was 5 way is definitely a confirmation that you should fold.

I think that vs your opponent here, I can't fold. Don't forget that considering pot odds, you don't need to be good that often to call + you have outs and you are only drawing dead vs QQ, 66 and 67, witch count for 10 combos of a 100% preflop range...
