I guess hero needs to fold here ?
vs 22/13 regualr
he called a 3bet before bvb then db/fold 96x board
he seems to be aware of btn/co/ blind steal situations.

But this is totally different,
i guess he has exactly JJ here 99% of the time,. what do you think ?

What is your image (do you have a high 3 bet %, do you barrel a lot post flop)? How often is he calling 3 bet? Is this guy aggro postflop?
In general, I would tend to say that I really doubt that vilain is having many bluffs at 10NL here. He would probably 4 bet KK pre most of the time here and I really doubht he would play QQ this way. I really don't think he his calling the flop with backdoor equity oop here.... and turning it into a bluff OTT.

I think that you are likely beat by 99 or JJ here, unless you tell me vilain is calling a lot of 3 bets and is very aggro post flop.

Allright yea i think your right, im just having problems folding in these spots.
Not sure if this is like a supperbad stackoff because imo its possible he plays KK like this..

Yes this is not impossible.
But there are 6 combos of KK in the deck. So you could weight it at some % of the time. Let's say he play 2 combos of KK like this and 4 bet the other 4 preflop, then you have 27% equity vs JJ, 99 and KK (2 combos). If this is the case, then considering pot odds, you need 17% equity to make the call EV+. If you remove KK, then you are crushed and have to fold.

So, if he can have a couple of combos of KK, it makes the call ev+.
