I have not much on Villian (19/9), have not done any obviously strange moves before this hand.

When I review this hand i first ask my self why I did not bet on turn. I should have done that right? And secondly, is it a call raise or fold on the river? I have put him on pocket pairs, and maybe Kx and now he hit the king.
One misstake here is that I think I played to passively.

Not betting the turn is criminal. Also, bet larger on the flop.

Bet 4/5 on the flop. bet the turn.. Turn i am a bit unsure about wether we can get called by better.

I agree that you definitely should bet the turn. If he is on a draw or has overcards you give him a free chance to hit his card.
When you check the turn and then check river you are under-repping your hand so villain could be betting worse to take the pot. I think you can call this river bet , but it would have been better to bet turn and river, and fold to a river raise or shove.
