SB is very good reg , i think that he is going to shove close to any two cards. I thought this was a call even with the other players being so short am i wrong because of ICM ?

certainly calling is correct

calling is good since you are surely beating his range, but i'm never happy about getting it in with the chip leader and possibly taking 4th since the two short stacks are going to be all in either way in just 2 or 3 hands.

Your M combined with the relatively large ratio of antes to the BB and the severe short stacks would make my personal play to just fold but it really all depends on the payout for top 4 places and what your ICM is.

plug it into sng wiz and start playing with some ranges lol

With the other short stacks, its an insta-fold for me without even looking at wiz. I believe we must respect ICM in this situation and muck it.
