Early stages. villain is 40/20 over 20 hands. i have opened a lot of pots so far without SD.
The turn push is for value. ive assumed villian range is some delayed or turned bluffs or Semi-bluffs, Nut type hands, and maybe some Tx. I feel that i should be going all-in here with all my value and semi-bluff hands, or folding.
hows my line of thinking? is it a bit spewy? im not sure of the relative strength of my hand at times.

The range of value hands that raise your turn bet and call your turn push are exactly 77-99, and even that is overly generous. Your C-bet failed, I think it's ok to check-call turn and lead bet the river small for a cheap showdown.

idk if i would have cbet here. would imo be a game flow, stats based decision for me. if we do it, we have to start thinking about what range or hands peels the flop here.
Flopped boats, Quads, 6x hands, overpairs ( idk exactly where we should cut it off to hands he would raise with preflop depends on what you judge) and some just random 2 over boardways peeleing likely trying to hit equity OTT, and some random hands that our suited ( bc fish love suited cards). That makes this turn awesome for our hand.
We now can bet for value, bet to collect the pot from a lot of random floating hands, and possibly induce semibluffs from some of those hands that floated the flop that have a FD and maybe other equity. So barreling is great here.
Given the pot to stack ratio its a spot where before we bet we need to judge how many hands that just turned equity based off anything we know gained enough equity/ outs/ to raise ( i nearly said push bc any raise here is basically committing) so make an assessment of if he has enough semibluffs and or worse value hands to out weigh the random slowly played hands he has here (which you can't fully forget about).
Its kind of close. If villain never can bluff its a pretty easy fold. If we think villain gets out of line with turned equity, we probably can get it in bc his whole range should be calling unless he somehow folds a stone bluff but idk why someone would decide to spazz too often here.
