I hope both, neither are super clear/super happy. Second is always a shove but first can be a fold depending on villains (such as really loose/reggy guys behind)

pretty much agree with clay, KQ utg is mandatory though, even with up to 13 or 14 bb. First one I also think is a shove 95 % of the time, only against the spewiest of players should you fold. The thing is, that your typical badish low stakes recreational player, who has way loser preflop stats than most regs, dont know how wide you shove, and therefore are calling tighter then regs vs these kind of shoves.
