Take my advice with a grain of salt i'm new
you say BB a couple places where I think you mean SB fyi, also the button shoves for 1050? Is that right, not 10000? Please list the starting stack sizes.
So what are they limping? Your 975 bet is probably a bit too big, the pot is 500 so a raise to even 400ish will get the trash out of the hand so I think that was the first mistake. It also looks somewhat like a BB steal no matter what so keep that in mind.
The button limp is a little suspect, I would say all small and middle pp and even a slow-played KK(which I think would be a bit strange but people do it) could be in his range depending on the player because remember, he is limp-calling a 9x bet preflop so he needs something decent, as with the SB. You lead out for 1/3 pot, which some players will see as a weak lead after your failed steal, so the BB? (again your seat positions are messed up a bit) could be raising fairly light, but again what is his pre-flop calling range? 88-KK? Does he call pre- with hands like J10/109/78s pre for 9x? The button's shove for 1k?(is that right?) could really be anything if he only has 1k left, but probably small PP of which 55 is sounding fairly reasonable given the speech.
PF raise to 3/4 - Pot should accomplish the same thing, if they both call that would put the pot at 1700 instead, now you can lead with a bet of like 800, committing 1300 instead of 2225, and if the action explodes behind you it's probably an easier decision. But you make the same mistake I often do which is sizing your preflop bet too big.

I don't play live and there are some differences but normally I would raise to 3bb's plus one for each limper. You don't need to follow any plan exactly and it can be good to raise higher with better hands - no one will notice at low buyins and probably as many will call 1000 as 700 so a bigger raise with AA is fine. It also look s like a squeeze. Once you get about 10% of your stack in preflop there will be a good chance of it all going in before you really find out much. The 4 limpers have inflated the pot with you holding a monster and you just have to play for the long run and plan on getting more in.
On the flop you bet a little bit small - I would do this if I wanted to induce but normally go for a fairly standard 1/2 to 2/3rds.
When you bet,get raised and Btn goes allin it doesn't bode well but you have loads of equity (incidentally there are less flush draws in the ranges due to your A
blocker, all the low Axs hands can't be present.) 2 pair, draws and sets are possible. The Btn or BB shouldn't have JJ-AA
The equity needed is given by (amount to call)/(final pot size) and here this is roughly 3 starting stacks plus a little if the BB calls.
10000/36000 = ~ 28%
I think you have to call, my guess is you have about 30 to 40% equity.
A bit bad if you went out on the first hand but this can happen when you get 10% in with a monster preflop usually you will score big though.
