What is the correct tournament play here just calling or 3bet calling?

you can really do either. I would honestly call here a decent % the time. since we dont know villain too much and we know surely flatting is profitable, it can't ever be a mistake. 3 betting is tempting but without know villain and if he is a station or not, flatting seems best to me. really either one is fine

I agree with rrumpsey - I would often call. With AQo the 3-bet would only seem like a decent option if a later c-bet was likely to take it down against the player and here the initial raise was 4x which leads me to think it might be hard to get this player to fold later.
