hey dani,

nice video. i think even a crude MS paint table layout with some pasted in pics would help this format. it'd definitely be funny at least and would give people something to stare at occasionally for reference.

Jam pre it's unexploitable (and assuming villains are decent if you flip your hand face up and jam they can't call enough hands PROFITABLY FOR THEMSELVES assuming no bracelet EV etc to make your shove unprofitable.. if they call every two overs shoving is unprofitable obv), if he raises wide then yea limp/jam is pretty sexy.
Limp/calling 55 is epic ICM suicide lol

Not hating btw! <3

Yeah I agree, I wasn't expecting him to just jam and figured I had to call once he did since I didn't think he'd be very strong. That said, I didn't really know much ICM at the time. Pretty silly.

- Assuming the guy in the sb has you covered, for how many bb should you jam a hand like 55?

- What hands could ike raise-fold for 18 bb?

Yeah I think limping here is pretty bad. A point not made yet I don't think is that you give a tonne of free equity to hands that would fold to a minraise which just check behind pre. Add to that 55 plays terribly postflop and hasn't that great equity against random hands he might check in bb. I don't think you should jam 30bbs effective vs sb but it can't be that terrible. To be honest I think you just have to minraise/sigh call-off vs Ike.
Another thing is that I would actually expect Ike's range for 3xing rather than jamming to be a fair bit stronger but I guess that's just me transferring what my ranges in this spot would look like.
