I make it 4k preflop. Secondly, here I feel we have 2 options, I think we either check then raise. Or bet raise. I really don't mind flatting, but once he raises our flop bet to 7.5k I think we can ship and and be decently happy to get our money in. If he is holding a flush draw he can call. Problem with flatting is if a Diamond comes on the turn we don't know where we are and he can raise or bet depending on our action on the turn. Therefore I think attempting to stack OTF is the best play! As played I ship or make it a large bet.

Since it is a 3 bet pot Button vs Blind, he could be on a wide range he is flatting. On the flop he could definitely raise any 10 here and not be too worried about overs. Without any reads I think you have to go with it due to SPR (Stack to Pot Ratio).

I like your sizing tbh it's not like they will notice we are raising smaller ore with stronger hands, on the flop when he raises here I would call with the k of diamonds to allow him to bluff the turn I think you have his range crushed
