Pre Flop: (t2000) Hero is BB with T Spade J Spade
UTG raises to t2400, 6 folds, Hero calls t1600

Flop: (t6000) 9 Club T Heart 6 Spade (2 players)
Hero checks, UTG bets t3200, Hero calls t3200

Turn: (t12400) 2 Spade (2 players)
Hero checks, UTG bets t5600, Hero raises to t19909 all in, UTG calls t14309

villan is 38/23 over only 13 hands
villan range pre- 22+ AJo+ A9s+ KQs KJo maybe some SC
Any thoughts on how i could of this hand especially the turn?
I personally think this is standard and i played the hand OK, just got unlucky.
Any feed back would be great.

Fold it pre. His range from UTG is doing well vs. your hand. Let the shortys get knocked out. You may be giving him too wide a range especially ott.

i dont think his stats means anything over 16 hands lol. past that, think you played it alright. you maybe could c/c turn and try and induce otr

Yea 16 hands is no sample to go by that's why i assign villan with such a wide range! Villain actually ended up showing KK (lol)!! but my question really is, knowing villain maybe holding premium pair, is TP with FD fine to get it in?? This is the mid stages of the tourney after all and there is a decent amount in the pot already!.

I am ok with the call preflop if you don't get too attached to top pair hands. Here on the flop with the back door flush and straight draws I think calling is good - lots of cards improve your hand and you might be able to steal if any weakness is shown later.
On the turn I like the c/r approach - if you had just a great drawing hand at this point, with these stacks, I might have used max fold equity, pulled the trigger and donked allin happy to get a fold. With the top pair also you are justified in thinking you are probably ahead and so extracting a bit more by the c/r line seems good.
