--------------
Villain was 59/19 over 4k hands and was being extremely spastic the last 4-5 tournaments I had seen him play in.
Based on my play versus him he should have me pegged as a tagish/lagish type.. have not gotten out of line with him (that I can recall )
He had B/F on the last 4 hands I had obsrved him play, after his small bet I just wanted to end it with my raise and move onto the next hand.
When he calls , well to be honest I didnt know what to think. And then something even more odd (IMO) occurs.
Turn: (t2100) J
(2 players)
SB bets t5601 all in, Hero............????
I would assume here he is holding either QQ+ , Js, 5s .. 7s or 2s are possible of course.. AJ ? The only hand I saw him do something similar he wound up having a pair of Ks , which turned to set on the river.. Thoughts ?

I think he has QQ+, JJ, 55, 77, 22 close to never and I think hero should snapcall here and expect to see loads of gutshots, openenders, small pairs (+ FDs sometimes)
but I think what needs the most attention is this:
after his small bet I just wanted to end it with my raise and move onto the next hand

should get you started, also Mathematics of NLHE here on DC will help because imo mathematical understanding helps bringing reason to this game
oh and of course Running the Streets (at least E01 and E02 if I remember correctly)

Actually that statement is compressed from my thoughts during play..
i.e. ME " Well I am a donk for that 27 call but hey i hit 2 pair.. you bet 150 into 600(I've seen you bet small and wilt to raises even if you have shown high cards)... Probably have AJ+ or maybe even Ks/Qs .. prob not As. you would have raised more PF., small raises dont seem to affect you.. so I will make it a little larger than normal. 750 should do it "
I do appreciate the links, believe I have read these over. But will do so again , refreshers are never a bad thing.
What did I do and what happened ? I will tell you soon enough

As an aside, I am playing in a tourney and I saw it again from a somewhat solid player (25/18/3/7) over 2.5k hands 28BB vs 32BB .. holding A7o from middle position vs an UTG raiser which is just a solid over a larger sample.. UTG holding AKs .. I am not understanding.. perhaps as 1 person said in chat .. he had to catch the bus ?
Maybe these stats are wrong or something

The preflop call with 42bb relative stacks is poor even with a spazzy player imo.
After that it all looks fine and against this player I would have no problem calling the turn all-in.
