Blinds 150 and up circa 10 Bbs, if I suspect a reg to be shoving very wide in position on me in the bb, how often should I call with hands I suspect to be above his range, but not great hands - like K9o?

Any advice on dealing with players who are shoving to steal would be appreciated.

This is a bit too wide of a question to answer properly.
If you have SnGWiz you can setup quizmode to put you in the BB against 10bb shoves and this will give you the % of hands that are shoving against you and a reasonable result for the clash.
It will not be perfect but pretty decent, on a real table there will sometimes be an extra dynamic that will bias your call frequency like when you are farly even with 5 left and doubling up may allow you to bully or similar you should call wider
