Jamming is kinda ridiculous... Really don't see much merit in 3betting or shoving. Just setmine here, like a bauss

I agree with wireless -- A go-and-go might not be such a horrible play here. Yes we have 34bb, but all that means is a standard-ish 3x open is 1/11th of our stack, and a 3x and a call with our BB out there means we can add 20% to our stack if we take it down pre.
I think we can raise/fold with something like a 9BB 3-bet that leaves us a playable stack if we get shoved on by one of the villains if we read them as strong (or call if we expect them to get spewy with 4-bets). Then, if our 3-bet gets called by CO and/or SB we either have a roughly pot-sized or slight overbet shove on virtually any flop that doesn't make us puke with how hard it hits their ranges.
edit: Also, from a beginner's perspective, one thing that's been showing up a lot in my studies is how much better setmining is when we're deep, so I think that's another part of why I feel 3-betting is OK here. Still, if we're 3-betting heaps in spots like this people are going to read it as a garden variety squeeze and react accordingly, so calling is fine too but I think calling 100% of the time in this spot to check fold the 87.5% of the time we miss our set is lighting money on fire.
just because we add 20% to our stack doesnt make shoving optimal, we have no blocker to there calling ranges at all and are -ev against their calling ranges. That means we are relying solely on FE and if we are doing that doing a shove here with a blocker should reduce their calling frequency, thus being more +ev
