11.5 to 1 (stack to call ratio) makes for enough odds to call for a chance to set mine, especially in position, but the shorty makes it more likely that there will be a 3bet.
In general I like to have >10:1 stack-to-call ratio to make for a set mine and then I'll be less likely to do it based on specific dynamics.
