i have realized lately that i tilt far more than is healthy for cash game play, and when i lose a big pot in a tournament it doesnt nearly affect me as badly.
any suggestions for good tournaments to play? i play the 90 man KO's on Full Tilt and do pretty well. are there deeper stacked tourneys for smaller bankrolls? the biggest tourneys i am allowing myself to play are 12$ (who knows, maybe there is something to bankroll management).
anyone have a favorite tourney for my specific "skill sets"?
thanks!

$3 rebuy on Stars is my favorite. 40k guarantee almost always gets to 50-60 with a really deep field. The play is really bad early and you can accumulate a big stack by the add-on and the structure allows for a lot of play well into the mtt. I play it whenever I get the chance. It runs a few times a day I believe.
$2 rebuy on FTP is another super soft microstakes mtt, though it doesn't have a guarantee and usually has about 2-300 runners, at least at the time of day I get to play it.
Midnight Madness is another one I like, soft with a big field and decent prize pool for the buy-in. I'm on West Coast U.S. time though, so it runs at 9pm my time, kind of depends where you are and when you play.

im on west coast time too.
i have played the midnight madness but i cant get in the right frame of mind for going deep when i know i have to wake up at 7am and work. if my work was something other than construction (roofing to be exact) i wouldn't be so worried about affecting my work performance.
maybe i am just being a baby.
hahaha.
thanks for your input though, very insightful.

I would suggest for all you guys grinding those micro MTTs to just click on the micro tab/filter/whatever of the poker room(s) y'all play on and scout for reasonable fields and not horrible rake and stuff. A lot of the community that the poker room(s) want to keep interested are the casual players who will be playing these limits a lot of the time, so game selection should be reasonably plentiful in comparison.
