What do you suggest is the right play here?

Personally, I don't like your flop sizing at all. Against a board like this and it being multi-way I check back here almost 100% of the time. As played, I would never b/c here.

^^ This, you have position so you can always C-bet smaller, althought that's a pretty wet board that you can also just check flop with. When 2 people come over the top of your flop bet, why are we calling off with just a double gutter and a backdoor flush here? The diamonds are going to counterfeit at least 2 of our double gutter outs some of the time, regardless you are never good in this spot so just C-bet smaller and fold when you see the fireworks go off behind you.

agreed, check flop, otherwise bet smaller, and in any case, fold to two opponents raising
