Your up against Aces, Kings or AK pretty much always here ... barring total spewtards. So 12 combos of AA,KK and 16 combos of AK. You could flat here and see if an A or K rolls off. If not bet big. If so and he bets into you ... I'd fold. Or you can grit your teeth, close your eyes, open up the poker lobby ... and 5bet shove. It really is more likely he has AK.

With these stack sizes, I'd say SB has AA or KK almost always.

Ask yourself how often JJ and AK 4-bet OOP here, not too often imo. I would raise him 4x to like 850-900 to narrow his range and clear the field behind you. Fold to a 4-bet unless you have a specific read on him.

AA/KK might flat you out of position (but usually not), but will usually always donk out on any non-A flop, so if he does flat and checks a non A/K flop I think its more likely in that particular spot you are up against AK and can C-bet a bit safer.

3beting QQ 4x ip is waaay too big. Aslo, you really can not make assumptions about how a random opponent plays his range exactly. I mean, that he would 4bet AA, KK is probably right, but where or not he would 4bet AK or 4bet bluff ether is a bit more questionable. And especcially, that he would always donk when he would flat AA or KK? I really don't see where you are getting that from, I think if he flats those, he those it to trap and will most likly check to induce bluffs

As played I do think that you should fold to the cold 4bet, but should probably shove if the initial raiser 4bets

I misread the hand. I didn't realize it was a cold 4bet but thought the initial raiser 4bet. Definitely skews the range towards value.

oops I did the same thing, I am folding to the cold 4-bet if this is the first time he's done this and if he has been tight, if he's been loose I'm flatting and will re-evaluate after he acts on the flop.

+ 1 on the stats. If he's not spaz prone my money is on AA/KK unless we're in a low buyin MTT (not sure how much buyin is?), in which case shove. In the lower $ your going to see 88-AA and AJs+ a much bigger % o the time. If this is $55+ fold. I would have flatted the 3bet and played in POS.

May be too slow, or that might just be because they allow late registration 4 hours after the official start time.

dude its so soft thou, the mini sunday superstack $33 is basically the same. That one has 20 minute levels. Merge may have some shitty low buyin tournies but their higher stuff is great.

Yeah, I agree with it being soft, but speaking as a cash game player who occasionally plays tournaments, setting aside 8+ hours for a tournament isn't something I look forward to doing. I'd rather they drop the guarantee to 10,000-12,500 from 15k and drop the late reg time to 1 hour.

Hi, i'm new, be cool with my bad english Wink

I have just one question, nobody just call here ? i think that if it's your first 3bet, you have no value ... And when the guy 4bet, you have to fold because you don't know what do to ... so i prefere flat.
