30m 2nd table, 6 pay, a little top heavy.

Villain is running 54/5, 55% aggress freq, 37 hands, fold steal 1/1. My image is tight if he has noticed.

I suppose he can be trapping, but maybe would bet many of these hands. I am mostly putting him on a 3, 4, 5, 6, or made hand of some sort. Perhaps he will raise some of these hand on the flop too. Who knows if he calls with 78 on river, I have seen these kinds of players call with worse than that before but I think they mostly fold.

Too spew? Can we bet smaller flop/turn or is this size ok?

With only 37 hands I wouldn't place too much faith on stats. With only a few stats the vpip and pfr are the most useful and you can get some idea of player type. Such a large diff between the two seems to indicate a poor style and calling too much.
The min Btn raise is fine but when the BB is very loose you could just fold it here, also something like 325 may be better than the min for getting folds.
This is not that great a flop to c-bet against a very loose player, you could have overpairs or a flush draw but mostly it will be read as just two overcards. The BB is loose and could have hit, the c-bet is fine but you can also just check back. I would prefer a slightly higher size for a c-bet, about 375.
The turn is a great card and the 2nd barrel looks good.
I don't like the river bet, some of the draws got there and against a possible calling station type you can't really fold anything likely that has you beat so you aren't really getting any value justcheck it back here.
