I can't defend Rob, but I'm relatively sure Chuck wasn't insulting you at all... He just got your name wrong. Confusing Tall and Old is actually better than he usually does. Just ask poor BigRoland. That poor sap wishes someone had just called him OldRoland throughout a 90 minute video.
