DJ Sensei is a little short, but he has made day 2. There are a ton of chips in play since this is a re-buy tournament. Dan is using:

Dan Morris - 33400 chips and 54 remain. Double up one time dealer!

I saw that. PokerNews said he "made a reluctant call" and was behind with the River to come and spiked his straight. BLEH!!! Good run DJ

Well, if by congrats on the cash you mean congrats on the $2300 I lucksacked in a 2/5 game playing blind until the turn immediately after I was done playing on day one, then thanks. But I didn't win anything in the event for coming in 40th. Good thing I run hot in cash games!

Phil Helmuth, in a column for USA Today, said Daniel Negreanu had $85,000 in rebuys for this tournament. Does that qualify as sick?

lol duck

You'll like this one--

Yesterday, Mike Minkoff told me that Helmuth's classic book--Play Poker Like the Pros--is held in such low regard that on Amazon, you can buy it for $.01, just pay shipping, and they can't give it away.

What a guy. What a country.

That's ridiculous! I almost want to go onto Amazon right now and buy the lot of them. I'm sure I could find some good gimmicky use for them that would justify the shipping costs. Maybe when you bust someone from a tournament sign a copy and give it to them.
