Hello all ...

It seems that the Hold'em Manager program has being chosen over the new PT3 on this forum. I have yet to purchase either, but am starting to look at the options now.

Hoping someone can provide me with any reason (detail, or a link) why HEM is the go to program over PT3.

PT&ace have been around a long time and I have always felt I've receieved good custom service (especially given the price of the application).

anyways ... thanks for any info

You can try them both out and decide for your self. Take advantage of the free trials and pick the one you like the best. I picked HM, it is less buggy and has a better HUD than PT3 IMO.

I am not a DC employee, but I vastly prefer HEM.

Less Buggy, more features, and more rooms supported. Also, it seems like PT3 isn't keeping up with its own development.

thanks guys.

yeah ... I've read a couple of threads where someone recommended waiting on PT3 purchase till they've 'worked things out'. Not really sure what 'they' are referring to (but that doesn't sound to hot).

just seems that HEM is the go to program on this forum (it's the only one talked about here).

I've gone over the vids here ... the tool looks pretty cool.

thanks for the input

I would say use the discount and get a copy of HEM now. If and when PT3 becomes solid, check out the demo, a purchase a copy if you like. At most your out $55? And I don't think there's any real question if HEM is worth $55.
