I just got a new computer and downloaded HEM, but can't get my HUD to work. I went through all the steps to make sure it's importing the hands and it looks like the hands are importing, but it says import error every time and the HUD won't launch. Anyone have any ideas what the problem might be? I have no idea why it's saying import error.

Are you using HM1 or HM2? Playing on which pokersite?

HM2:

Make sure you have the latest internal patch for HM2 - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/6948_Hm2AutoUpdate.exe

Playing on merge using HM1. I downloaded the latest update and it no longer says import error, but I still can't get the HUD to load. Not sure if this has anything to do with the merge software update.
