Cant get HEM2 to work on New carbon

tried doing what i did when Lock switched networks but still not getting my HUD to work on Carbon today.

I think no one's HUD's working for the new Carbon so far,
I'm still waiting for updates or news from HEM or Carbon.

I'm taking today as a test day for the new Carbon software,
and hopefully it'll improve soon.

From a thread on 2+2, HEM expects to have support for the new Merge software by next week.

From a thread on 2+2, HEM expects to have support for the new Merge software by next week.



The 'next week' comment was referring to when we hope to be able to release our next 'official' updates.

We already have an internal/beta release out for HM2 that works (Importing and HUD) with the new Merge client - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/6948_Hm2AutoUpdate.exe

Our latest internal version of HM1 will import hands but will not show the HUD even if you use our Table Finder - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.12.10_05Jun2012.exe

We hope to have the HUD working in HM1 soon but I can't be sure yet how quickly it will get fixed.

Thx for the detailed update.

Unfortunately I'm still using HM1,
but I'm expecting it to be fixed in the near future,
you guys have been great in responding to the users.

We were working on the HM1 update yesterday too but Merge went offline again and we are waiting for them to come back again so we can complete the HM1 work.

HM2 was working fine after i installed the update.

Then Carbon went kaput again

Edit: all things considered the HM folks did an awesome job getting it working as soon as they did.

Make sure your HM2 says 2.0.0.6948. It seems to be working fine for most people that get the update installed.
