You just need to manually add the auto import folder to the new hand history folder like any other Cake skin - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/751/Cake+Setup

HM2 can't auto-detect this new path yet.

C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\CPN\LOCKPOKER\Hand History
