HM works fine for normal tables but i have no import and no HUD for zoom i have followed HM advice still nothing has anyone else had this promblem

I have found the HH file its there but nothing on reports and no HUD really pissing me off ill ship $10 on stars if anyone can fix it ill bet it something really dumb im missing

Just provide some more information about your setup like which exact HEM version you have would be a good start

You need to run HEM and pokerstars both in admin mode.

For HEM1 (not HEM2) you need the new update bro

my HM is pro 1.12.09 and i run windows 7 i have already running in admin mode for stars and HM I have tried the link you have sent me the so far no dice but its a long thread ill go through it
