How much will HM2 be after all the bugs are sorted out and the new features added?
HM2 Pro is $90. Whether there will be an upgrade price for SNGW2 is really a decision that is up to the developer of SNGW. He has not indicated any plans to me in this regard.
Thanks
Jim

>NoteCaddy Basic note capabilities come standard with HM2 and 70 additional notes + custom note capability come with NoteCaddy Premium. Effective use of NC is extremely powerful to your game.
I would greatly appreciate it if anyone could point me to *any* HM documentation that would tell me what the GOOD THING about NC BASIC actually is. So far, I haven't found anything in the HM forums to make me think its anything other than adware for the pro version.

I went against what people said and upgraded to HEM2 anyways, its absolutely awesome and havent had any trouble with it at all. it imported 2 million hands in 1 and a half hours. Notecaddy integrated was just as fast.

This has gotten gradually better since first release I think but yeah, hand reviewing can be slow going. e.g. the HUD will disappear and reset to all "-" occasionally, sure comes back after a second or so but it's really annoying.
I think the worst thing for me is that I don't trust the software implicitly in the information it gives me. It's gotten a lot better and may in fact be entirely fine now, but it'll take time for me to trust it. HEM haven't done themselves any favours in the goodwill department by releasing such a buggy version.

what about memory hogging? I only have 2GB on this laptop and HEM2 sometimes spikes up to using 1.3GB !
This causes Stars and other apps to crash/stall since 96%+ of available memory is being used..

The next update will contain a big improvement in replayer speed
my replayer freezes the whole program, always when i start taking notes, i sent an support request and haven't heard since the 20th may!
"I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with the replayer and I apologize for the delay. I have escalated this to our 2nd level support techs and have explained the issues you are having and they will be in touch shortly to help resolve the problem."
... this mail arrived after 10days passed without any kind of help already!

I've also noticed my CPU load spiking frequently when HEM is running with HUD in zoom causing lag in my system... the curious thing about this is that it doesn't happen during every session... maybe about half the time (no other programs are running aside from stars and HEM2)
Is this something that has been noted and is being worked on?

Yes, this will be addressed when we are able to release our hybrid/datagrid changes. So far our internal alpha testing is looking promising but I do not yet have an ETA I can give about when this actually be released for beta testing or final release.

Thanks for the quick reply....
I did a resource monitor test and isolated what was causing my CPU load to spike to 100% every other second... it is the hudfuncsapp. I currently have a 2.4Ghz Xenon CPU in this laptop... could this issue be slightly more improved if I just built a box with dual core CPU?

Yeah i didn't have any major problems with it either. It seems like a heavy software though and i get lags very often but i don't think it's HEMs prob... my pc just sucks hard. The only way i don't recommend it, is if you have a pretty average PC.

If I upgraded HM1 to HM2 could I still use HM1, as I run a laptop that could handle it but my desktop would be really slow, so would use HM1 on there.
Also could I keep my notecaddy license and use it on both?
