Hey guys, I tried getting help on the holdem manager forums but they were of no help. As of April 20th I havent been able to see hero hands under the reports tab. I am still able to see all of my oppenents hands if I select them just not my own. I have cleared all the filters, created a new database and re-imported the hands and nothing seems to work. I am running the newest version of HEM too. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, what is the fix? I am getting very frustrated.

Could it be a problem with any aliases you've set up for yourself?

I only have 1 alias set up and I did it when I purchased HEM. I don't see how that could affect anything but maybe. There is a lot of people posting on the HEM forum with similar problems. I wish they would test the software better before running it out.

Just thought maybe the software had lost the names under your alias for some reason so was coming back blank.

HEM2 is so buggy.

Had the same problem ... you need to go to the HEM-Data-Directory (not the program directory), which can be found in C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\ and delete everything but the Database, Notecaddydefinitions, Backups and Config folders (make a backup of the entire folder before deleting the files!!).

I just saw the post of Mister_Mischief and i saw an oportunity to solve some problems that i have with HEM2 LOL...First of all i think HEM2 it's really buggy i had a lot of problems with it.I play cash games 6 max and MTT....When i play cash-games everything works properly(i have stats,the hero and others,in the hand review aswell).But when i play a session of MTT i have NO stats what so ever,the HUD doesn't appear,only in the hand review! I don't get it? Some help pls. Sorry for my english

Did you check the HUD options? Under "HUD Options" check "site options", there should be an entry that either is called "Any site, Any, Any, Any, Any > ..." or sth. similar that does not exclude MTTs. Otherwise your HUD might be configured to only show up when playing cash game ...

Mmmh ... then I have no clue, MTTs work well for me (if I happen to play one every 20 years ), you should probably take a look at the support forums or post there, those guys are real quick normally.

Hud in Cash but not in MTTs is usually caused by a non-english pokerclient.
So please switch your Pokerclient to english or reinstall it in english.
If that doesn't help: which site and gametype?

I did everything in the link that tackleberry was kind enough to post and I am still having the exact problem. I am unable to see hands as of the 20th, hmsupport what else could it be and what can I do? I'm starting to lose my patience.

Hi...Well i play on PStars,like i said 6 max cash-games No limit Holdem & MTT NL Holdem Full ring/6 max(and i'm planing to play some Omaha aswell in the near future having the HEM2 Combo Holdem+Omaha ). Any setup that i made it's set in english,so does my pokerclient! Any more suggestions? What should i do? If i uninstall HEM2 and reintalled wouldn't be better? Thank you so much
