I bought PO when I started playing online poker...partly because Gus Hansen apparently recommends it (lol). I have since switched to HEM because frankly, PO sucks and I don't like its producers:
1) No 3bet stats.
2) Other missing HUD stats.
3) Developers who promise things and don't live up to it...even after months of "begging".
4) You only buy a 1-YEAR LICENSE (!!!) not the actual software. So in a year, you have to pay up again. That would be fine if they kept their software up-to-date, but they DON'T.
The worst thing is, I wasted my FT rakeback to get PO for free when I signed up with an affiliate. So I owned myself twice. I'd deserve a giant "donkey" sticker on my forehead tbh...

I like HEM because:
1) The developer (who by the way is in contact with the DC dudes) listens to requests of his clients. So if you think a stat is missing, and you'd like to have it added, he'll do it if possible.
2) Frequent updates...HEM gets better with ever update.
3) Very nice HUD with lots of stats and you can customize it a lot. Individual stats panels, color ranges, etc.
4) Nice report capabilities.
I have to admit I haven't tested PT3 since it's formal release. However, so far, HEM offers me everything I want, so I don't feel the need to test PT3 again. There's a free trial for HEM afaik, so why not give it a try and see how you like it. Make sure you test the "Active Players" window, it's the nuts!!
PS: I just did a fresh install of Windows and in the process deleted my whole 4-month database without updating it first...I'm such a tool. Oh well, fresh start here I come.

I switched from PO to HEM and its not even close. I'm pretty sure I read that PO stopped with the yearly license thing because no one is renewing because they've been promising updates for months and haven't had any. HEM will blow your mind if you use PO right now. Its soooo much faster, has tons of filters, just really in a different league at this point.

set up was givin me a problem, but i found 3 vids in tool time that were a big help. yea you two were right it blows PO out of the water.. it does so much more just in the hud alone, but then when you start lookin through the stats you have tons of filters, to get just tha crazy thing you were lookin for. i think they just got another sale.
