New laptop and I've played a few sessions on FT but the hand histories are not turning up on my computer. At least they did for one session, but I revisited the folder today and they'd gone, plus the hands from the session I'd just played weren't there either. I've checked the box for the software to save HH's for 30 days and the hands are importing into HEM fine so I don't know what the problem is. Majorly tilting as I wanted to post a couple in the forums. Anyone help plz?

So they´ve been imported into HEM? Two things then:

1) You can extract / export the HH´s from HEM, you don´t need the raw file.

2) Did you enable the "archive" function in HEM? It´s likely that HEM moved the files into the archive folder (check it in the auto-import-folders).

Cool. Still you know that you can copy a HH by just right-clicking on the hand in HEM and choose "Copy hand to clipboard" in the context menu, right? Afterwards you can paste the HH into the hand converter.
