My PT3 is not correctly recording my wins and losses. I just played a session where I thought I was up a few bucks. I checked PT3 and it told me I had lost about 15 dollars. I went and checked the cashier and I have 3 dollars more in my account then I did when the session started. None of my bonus dollars have cleared.

It also doesn't seem to calculate my rake correctly, as the site says I paid more rake than PT3 says I did.

Has anyone else had these issues? I'm thinking about switching to HEM but thought I would see if anyone could help me out first.

I personally much more prefer HEM overall. Regarding your PT3 issue, I would try to start a thread in the PT forum for an accurate answer.
