HM2 Fails, PT4 ftw?

It seemed fairly clear that HM1 > PT3, but due to the massive mistakes HM2 has made, and the relative few that PT4 has done, it seems PT4 > HM2 now. Granted, I haven't played with HM2 a ton, due to some bug always screwing me around, but does anyone generally disagree with this?

The UI on HM2 feels like cheap bloatware as well, and the report based system seems rather dumbed down as well.
