I am thinking of getting a HUD and with HEM2 having SNG Wiz inbuilt I am thinking of getting this one instead of PT. I play SNG's at the $3.50 level and sometimes $7 when I make enough to move up (but usually have to come back down again).

I play micro stakes. Would it still be worth getting HEM2?

Are there still problems with SNG Wiz on HEM2 or have they been sorted with the updates?

There are problems with HEM2 even with out SNG Wiz...

I bought it anyways but I would recommend against it until things get fixed.

Constant crashes, filters not filtering properly, HUD laggy/bugged in some instances, list goes on and on... overall reminds me of WindowsME or Vista.

If things weren't so buggy it would be the best software hands down with all the features implemented.

My HEM2 works fine and doesn't crash but I don't know about the SNG Wiz part of it or what it does since I rarely play SNGs. Sometimes it takes like a minute to start the HUD at the start of the session though.

Definitely get PT4 if you are looking for a new poker stats program. If both were bugless HEM2 would be better than PT4 but the bugs just reduce the user experience greatly with HEM2

If it will not tilt you that HEM2 crashes every day then go ahead and buy it. For me HEM2 has been a massive -EV purchase.

I would not recommend HEM2 to anyone. I've had constant problems with since i purchased it.

Here's my list so far:
- Credit card flagging every purchase
- They made a mess of my license keys.
- Registration problems in two of the updates the past months.
- HUD not showing.
- HUD stats and configuration that gets reset a couple of times when i've upgraded. Takes a long time to configure right again.
- After updates my reports tab doesent work.
- Notecaddy integration doesent work.
- SNGwiz integration doesent work.
- Reports constantly missing!!!
- Random crashes.
- Kind but terrible and slow customer service. Everytime you reply them on a service request a different customer reperesantive answers and asks me the same questions over and over again.

And all this is just in 1-2 months..

I want to upgrade my HEM1 to HEM2 for the notecaddy advantage package (i have notecaddy seperate so get no where near the full benefit of it). I switched from HEM1 to PT3 because i heard PT4 would destroy HEM2 and you are upgraded from PT3 to PT4 for free. If they where to create the notecaddy advantage package for PT4 since it comes with its own version of notecaddy then i would stick with PT4 but i doubt that will ever happen.

Can any one tell me of HEM2 has this feature. In PT3 you can create your HUD in as many sections as you want so rather than have one big ugly block of stats taking up table space you can scatter it around villian.

I am using HM2 and have no problems, the PT4 is really buggy at the moment, just check out their official forum and see how many bugs are being reported, and PT3 well it cannot even re-size the hud.

I also had some bad experience with their support.

I say download HM2 1 month free try and PT4 beta and try it out and decide for yourself.

Try the trial version.

Then don't buy it.

there is a small difference, really minute.

hem2 has been released half a year ago
pt4 still is in its beta phase

hem2 must be the worst piece of software since win vista. i cant remember of any software in the last years which was such a failure like hem2.

You don't need to jump off the cliff lol

We can use same argument about it being just beta and not production ready to use for games.

Same argument really, PT4 at the moment buggier for me than HM2.

PT4 is in beta, HEM2 is 6 months out of the box.
