Software and Tools Poker Forums

As I have a mac I have to use PT3 atm and it's usually fine until recently when I've been noticing more and more that it isn't recognising sometimes when I cash in a tournament. It makes it really hard to track an ROI or winrate or whatever when it puts a load of my cashes down as losses. Manually inputting every one seems very tedious and unnecessary so does anyone have any genius ideas that may help fix it?

on my pc i found on some sites like party, it didnt recognize a win if there was a player deal and therefore had to manually enter sometimes. Also, it might help to request the hand history from the site for the whole tournament and import it that way. Otherwise try the pt3 support/forum and see if anyone else is having problems with that particular site.
