I recorded a video for 2p2 but the quality isn't as good as these.

Could you post the swf and wmv setting in Camtasia?

We don't use SWFs or FLVs, but the WMV settings we use are the "Best Camtasia Quality/Filesize" preset I believe (default setting in Camtasia 5).
