Software and Tools Poker Forums

Hello everyone. Last week my hard drive took a dump and totally fried. I had a new one installed. I was able to download Holdem Manager and get it to a point where it should work. Now, the problem is, I try to download the Pokerstars.com software and the download seems to halt after about 2% has been downloaded. I have no freakin idea what the problems is. I was able to get it on my laptop yesterday no problem (Windows 7) but everytime I try to get it on this desktop, the download stalls. It doesnt matter which browser I use (I.E. 8, Mozilla, Flock, et)......same thing everytime. Anyone have any ideas or advice???? Maybe it is as simple as changing a setting in Vista. Been at this for about 3 hours now and getting nowhere......Any help would be greatly aprpeciated
