This was not a bankroll decision it was a im steaming im either doubling my money fast or i lose my roll.
i'm pretty sure when you refer to the money as your "roll" that it is then technically a bankroll decision.
but i firmly believe people should be allowed to do with their money what they want without getting made to feel like shit. i've had enough with moralists in 2011.

Ok, I watched the vid and I have to say, you need to work on your game man. Honestly. You were able to win your $$$$ in 3 pretty standard pots. Other than that, you played extremely weak/tight for HU. Good to hear that you're going to be playing 6-max once you start back up. Also, I don't know if you want to jump right into $25NL-$50NL. If you're going to continue to play for fun, then fine, so be it, but if you really plan on taking this seriously like you said you should probably start off at at least $10NL and prove that you can win consistently over a large sample.
However, if you do decide to start at $25NL, I'll lay 5:1 on 60 days before reload to anyone in this thread.

haha thankyou for your time, i will take those odds!
im going to start at 25NL and move down if i lose 5BI so i think that should be fine. Yeh i did play quite weak tight now you mention it but to be fair i think i started to play with scared money lol, when i was playing i had my mouse over sit out next hand multiple times lol getting ready to hit and run.

Yet you say that you were just playing for fun and the money didn't matter? Again, like everyone is saying in this thread, you have tilt issues regardless if you want to admit it or not. So if you want to take the 5:1 odds, cool with me.

No you are getting confused, just because i said losing the original 100 doesnt matter does not mean that i would not rather get lucky and win. if i played with my 100 won 50 then lost 150 i would not mind, if i played with 100 got to 800 then lost all 800 then obviously i would care as 800 is much more than 100. however i wouldnt care as much as i would if i had deposited 800 and lost that.
PM me the details and i will make a challenge out of it for myself, will help with motivation

i think that some people are a little jealus, grinding nl2 and nl5 for 100k hands and more and are still stuck in micros, and than you come and boost your roll in a very reckless style.but none the less what you did is bad and not recommended. agree with gluiperig that you will not last in those limits with this roll

It's not jealousy on my part at all. Personally, I'm trying to give OP the best advice I can think of. In his other post he kept saying that he tilts off his roll consistantly in the micros. So if hasn't been able to consistantly win over a large sample, but thinks he can just jump into $25NL-$50NL without beating smaller stakes consistantly just because he luckboxed into a proper roll, then he's in for a rude awakening. Just my two cents...hope I'm wrong for his sake.

As everyone else on DC seems so unsporting and RUDE! I will give you what you asked for in analyzing your vid from an objective view point.
I play HU for a living, one of my screen names on full tilt was super_grover765.
I think you are clearly beating this guy in this match, and you shouldn't be so hard on yourself. You got a bit lucky as, the villain you chose to sit with is a REALLY weak reg. I can't quite tell the context of all the hands, and i'm not going to expose EXACTLY what it is i thought you did better than your opponent on a public forum but, I think he clearly played MANY hands badly and you deserved that win.
As for everyone else, being so high and mighty about advising someone else about what to do with their money. That is EXACTLY the same kind of B.S that the american govt is doing with UIGEA. Stop, it's not very classy, and I am personally offended by the treatment of OP ITT.
If OP asked you for advice on bankroll management, then it would be completely appropriate to give him said advice. He specifically asked DON'T DO THAT! he wants to enjoy his poker experience, and you as the regulars of this game are preventing him from doing that. It is shameful.
Gluiperig, Your 25k to my 5k that OP will not redeposit in the next 60 days after his initial deposit? Am I correct?

After 54,000 hands, about 20,000 before i discovered DC i am 11 BI down which i wouldnt say is too bad for a learner. I can take screenshots if you dont believe me. I have had tilt problems in the past but have bought jared tendlers book and am about a querter of the way through that so far.

As it stands right now, there's no way you're ever going to make it in the long run in poker UNLESS you fix the major mental leaks going on.
I'm happy for you that you've run $100 into $800, but this means absolutely nothing simply because of how it was done. Both run ups were HUNL (high variance) that you were both ill prepped for skill wise and ill prepped for bankroll wise, not to mention your lack of experience at those stakes.
I think what people here are harping on is that you're reckless, and reckless people simply cannot be long run winners (because eventually you catch the other end of variance or the long run catches up). It's not that you have some gambling problem or your poker is going to ruin your life or anything like that.... dude, right now, you are NOT a winning player. Bottom line.
The good news is that this can be fixed. It's a mental problem. Fix it, and you're a winning player already (in the micros). I know you can do it.

This is all I was trying to say. If it offended you thnkpositive, then I apologize. I won't comment at all anymore ITT as it's pretty much pointless.
If you want me to answer OP's initial question, then here ya go...based on the video you posted, your game needs work and it's not up to par to beat $25NL or $50NL. Period. Is that a better response thnk?

Alrite this thread has gone on for way to long. There are way more threads that deserve attention by poker intelligence than one where someone relys on luck more than skill. I dont beat around the bush. What your doing is gambling. Plain and simple. Gambling. You have no set bankroll so you dont even know what stakes you should be playing, and you go up and down like your dancing! How are you ever supposed to win with a strategy like this???! Everything they are saying is correct obviously. Either way the only way to truly find flaws in your game is to play something a significant amount of times. Play NL50 for 10K hands. I can tell you if you have a butt load of leaks in your game, but as they said shooting up the ladder to a stake that has LOADS of pros is no way to figure out how you play. Also when finding a table It is INCORRECT to join tables! I CANNOT express this enough. FISH JOIN HU TABLES PROS START THEM. NEVER JOIN HEADS UP TABLES. But overall if you want a review post, something that is a stake your willing to actually play competitively at or dont waste your time as no one will be willing to help. As said this site is here for training not gambling. By the way your talking about poker I find it hard to believe your going to come out aheaad even in the micros. By joining hu tables its bad enough but joing without even 100 bbs is terrible at one point its not even 50bbs. Honestly what you need to do is get up and decide one thing. Do you want to be a winning poker player, or do you want to sit around and dream about winning the wsop and becomming a poker pro.? because the guys that get to the top are the ones who work harder than the others. I see a lack of dedication in your game. Im not going to pussy foot around and try to be nice str8 up you wanna win thats what you need to do if not your going to be reloading time after time. Its up to you which path you choose. I hope its the ladder between the two. Goodluck as starting at the bottom never feels good but everyone begins there
